Exercise together!


My family back in Michigan has started a family workout weekends. Each weekend they do 3 activities together. On Friday they climb Mt. Pisgah. It's 239 stairs! Crazy!

Saturdays they go to Rosy Mound. It's a two mile walk in the woods, on dunes, etc. 

Sunday morning they ride 7 miles to Tunnel Park. 

It's great because it is a whole family thing. (minus me and Jimmy :( ) Even my niece and nephew do it! I think that is so cool.

Lets do something like that here! Then you wont feel as left out. We could climb a mountain on Fridays, swim at an indoor pool Saturdays and take a walk on Sundays... or something.

Lets do it! Or even every-other week. I think it's a great ides.

You guys should totally get together a few times each week and be active! It is so much more fun when you do stuff together.
