I need help.

I am so busy this week going to work, running errands, and going to girls nights that there just isn't time for working out! My only options are:

1. Skip work (my preferred choice)
2. Skip sewing night (no way)
3. Forget working out (so very, very tempting)
4. .....well, I don't even want to mention it. It's too awful.

Ok, fine.

I'll tell you.

But only because you made me.

4. I could work out before work. As in, get up early and go running.

Ugh.

Please tell me you have another suggestion?

Think of it though! You would feel awesome having it all done! Or...how about during a break at work? Go for a walk.

oooo hard choice, hard choice. I don't know what type of building/office you work in but if you work in one where there are stairs, I would do those a couple of times during the day. I'll do 7 flights 4-5 times a day. No, it's not much but when I can't get a workout to fit, it cuts the bill.

Do it in spurts of ten instead of 30-60 mins. Do that three times a day and you've got your min.

I work out at night. A lot of people can't, but I prefer it. 8:00-9:00pm for me.

What if you switch girls night and working out to alternate? Or work out for your girls night?

OR work out while sewing.

I think that one is your best bet.

HAHA! Chantel! I can see Helena doing squats while sewing a purse or something. That'd be awesome! :)

Helena, gf, I wish I could tell you what to do, but I can't. I'm REALLY bad at giving workout advice because I HATE TO DO IT. :) Sorry. Good luck, though, in making a good choice! :)

About Annie

With everything I am responsible for at home, my ridiculous work schedule and my health problems, it makes it hard to keep working out on the front burner. But when I heard about this blog, I thought 'why not!'. I'm excited to get started and hopefully I won't die of exhaustion when this is all over!

About Helena

I can't fit into my clothes! After getting married and being forced to eat my own cooking, I started gaining weight. The desk job didn't really help. I gained 30 lbs in the past year, and I can really feel it when I try to get dressed in the morning. I am really good at starting diet and exercise programs; but really bad at finishing them. And that's all about to change...
