I need to break this cycle somehow.


Hi guys. So I read something yesterday that describes me perfectly.

And I mean perfectly.

I have a hard time staying on top of things. Cleaning, posting, and yes, exercise.

I have the best intentions!

But then I burn out.

And feel guilty.

And avoid it.

It's not a very good cycle.

And I guess I'm not alone.

I have the same problem sometimes! Do you think small rewards along the way would help to break the cycle? Is Kurt still working out with you? Perhaps that would help

...or you know, you could just get a webcam and then workout with us on Mondays ;-)

That is totally something I struggle with too, it is hard but moderation it totally the key, that and forgiveness. You really need to be able to say 'yeah I screwed up but I will do better tomorrow' instead of letting the guilt crush you.
