Well I did it, both the water challenge and I kept my heart rate up for 30 minutes! I must confess I always drink that much water though, I have since I was young... What can I say? I'm a water lover and proud of it! I barely ever drink anything besides water (I rarely have soda or anything like that) So this weeks challenge wasn't all that hard for me :)
My heart rate challenge was a little tougher though, my plan has been to workout three days a week, so I still needed to keep my heart up for the other few days. I made it work with tons of yard work, walks and things like that on my off days, by doing all that, I was able to accomplish this week's goal!
