An apple a day keeps the........husband sickness away! I made sure to keep up on my fruit intake this week. Mostly apples, and citrus. Jimmy has been sick for almost two weeks now which is not normal for him. I have been trying to avoid it and so far so good. I think our fruit challenge helped!
Heart rate. I did it!
Tuesday we helped friends move and that was a workout! I was exhausted! I count that as two because we were there fro 3 hours and 1/2 the time I was sweating and breathing hard! The next day I worked out with the girls and that was another hard workout. We also did laser tag which was not as strenuous but still fun to run around.

Easter candy!! Arrgghhh...

I seriously love that type of cadbury egg...easter candy is one of my big downfalls...it's the best candy of the year!

Easter candy looks delicious... you know the best time to eat is after you work out cause your metabolism is working faster, so lets workout then pig out right after! Sounds good to me.
