2 for one!

Since my last post got deleted, (i think I swore too much in it) I will update you one the last two weeks.

I completed the walking every day! :)

I had two veggie meals! :)

I did my cardio! :)

I did not write a why I matter letter. :(

I did not do 30 min kick butt dvd twice. :(

I did not do level two. :(

It is so much harder to get the motivation to do it on my own. I like doing it on Monday nights,(could not last week, I was at work till 11:30) but between work, school, and housework I find it hard.

I will try harder.

Good work doing the cardio, walking and veggies! I think you should still write your letter, because you're too hard on yourself.
