Vegetables are dangerous. They look innocent in the baggie-but it's a lie. While cutting them, I almost took off my thumb. (Just imagine it. It's too gross to take a picture.) While bleeding to death, I was so surprised I started choking on another carrot as it went down the wrong pipe. It was a site. So eat healthy yes, but wear a bullet proof vest while doing it.

I usually have Dave do the chopping, just for that reason! (I have a healthy fear of sharp objects, he on the other hand does not... But for some reason he never seems to cut himself...)
Gross! I am not a fan of blood. I hope you are alright and haven't been completely turned off of veggies.
