Hey all! Here's how I did on this weeks challenges:
I tried one new recipe (it was a green drink recipe, but I think it totally counts!) and Michael also tried one! (he made a couscous dish) So I think that counts too :-P
I walked for 20 + minutes two days this week, and I worked out one other time when I did the Shred with my sisters.
I was going to do the Shred again, but I got sick towards the end of the week and just didn't have the energy to bring myself to do it :-)
But I am getting much better, not 100% yet, but better than I was.
And I'm so ready for this coming week!

Kidding! I agree with Katy, it totally counts.
You are going to have to start writing down your concoctions so everyone can try! Who knows, maybe you will end up making a recipe book for green drinks!
