And it was just as hard and awful on the fourth time as it was on the first.
I think that the third level is the easiest. The other two make me want to give up on life.
I also walked 4 times, for 20+ minutes each time. So while I didn't exactly pass that challenge, I don't feel too bad at it. After all, I did the Shred 4 TIMES.
Now, I might be imagining it, but I feel like I can already see a difference in my wasteline. It could be because I skipped breakfast this morning, and am a little dehydrated, but I like to think that I'm already seeing results.
(humor me on this one, ok?)
I really like walking. When I was selling
I just wish had either A. a treadmill in front of my TV, or B. a treadmill next to my work desk. Or both. Then I would have no problem getting in shape.
So...let's just add that one to my Christmas Wishlist, shall we?
For the try something new, we went to an Ethiopian Restaaurant last night. And while that isn't exactly trying a new recipe, I am going to count it.
It was awesome.
When you all come and visit me, we are going there for some traditional African food.
And it's even kind of healthy. Score.
How did you guys do this week?

Wow, Helena, look at you! I'm very impressed.
Would love to try African food with you.
That's because I am very impressive. And heck yes Jean, come on over!
I would comment, but my mind is blown.
Wow! Good work Helena! You rock too!
It blew my mind that you did the shred so many times.
And sure, you can count the African food as long as you take me there whenever I have money to visit :)
When we lived in Africa, we had an Ethiopian cook and it IS quite good!
Holy cow! 4 times! From what I've heard of the shred you'll be meeting your target weight in somewhere around 2 more days. Way to go!
Lady Jennie, you have fantastic stories.
And Katy, I bet you're right! give me 2 more days, and I'll be done with this season!
You totally could be seeing results by now! You rock, I have completed faith that you can reach your goal of 20lbs by Christmas! Keep up the good work!
