For my cardio workouts this week I've already done the 30 Day Shred once, and for my other workout I'm thinking I'll work on push-ups.
I don't know about you guys, but for me push-ups are the worst! I have the hardest time with them. So I thought I'd try to at least build up the amount I can do.
So I looked on youtube and found this video of the toughest push-up exercises.
I think you should all try it, let me know how it went, and then maybe I'll do it too :-P

Good grief! That can't be a human! Not to say that you can't do it. . . just that, er. . . you'd have to be reassembled by a mad scientist first.
