Helena: Season 2.


Last season, I failed.

More than failed, actually. I gained weight.

How embarrassing.

But I have one thing going for me: I can be honest about the fact that this failure? Was completely my fault.

I lost my drive, and the chocolate won.

But not this time.

This time, I'm kicking some serious cellulite butt.

My goals:

I'm starting small, because to win this thing (or even do well) I will have to take it one step at a time.

1. I will do the 30 day shred 2 times per week (or more. But not less). My soon-to-be-delivered webcam should help me with this :)

2. I will be hydrated (with water, not soda).

3. I will lose at least 20 lbs (that's less than 2lbs each week. this is a very healthy goal).

4. And I will sign up for some kind of dance class, or dance team. <---this is my favorite kind of exercise.

....Ok. So those goals aren't as small as I thought. But each and every one of them is doable, especially with the support I know I'll get here.

Bring it.

seriously...i lost 27 lbs from halloween until christmas last year. you can do it!

Have you tried Zumba? It completely kicks my butt, and I look like a total dork doing it, but I love it! I don't know about your city, but my town has classes everywhere, so yours probably does too. It's like a samba/hip hop deal, plus some ab work at the end. It's great.

You can do it! Hang in there...chocolate is my downfall, too, and I'm in the mode to lose weight, too...my goal is 15 lbs. Here's seeing if I can actually do it!

I know you can do it! I am super excited to workout together with the web cam, it is going to be awesome! I agree you should try Zumba, I bet you would really like it. It is a good mix between pole dancing and traditional dance :)

I'm getting a webcam too, so we can chat on it sometimes too!

If you love to dance, and have a Wii there are GREAT dance games, that will get you sweating in NO time!!

I don't have a Wii. But the other girls do! And I will totally look into Zumba. I know Annie loves it. And Annie, you can totally steal that.
