Each week we are given two challenges. These challenges will start on Sunday (usually) and go through the following Saturday. (click here to learn more about our weekly challenges)
At the end of the week, we will each write a post explaining our experiences with the challenges.

This week's challenges
Physical Challenge: Walk!
This week lets get a 20 min walk every day, that could be outside, in the gym, around the house or in place but get walking! You could take your spouse or a friend but whatever you do, just have fun with it!
Nutritional Challenge: Change It Up!
Try two new recipes this week! Find something a little healthier and make it, it can be breakfast, lunch or dinner, it could be fish, salad, soup or anything else! A good places to look is allrecipes.com, ask around or exchange with someone on the blog!
And so this week, we are going to focus on eating healthy and try to keep it interesting!
