Sometimes I fail at doing the challenges.
Like this week for instance, I worked out once so far (I'll have done it at least twice by the end of the week) and I've already tried one new recipe!
But the walking...
Oh the walking. I have not been doing it.
I might try and do it everyday for the rest of this week, but since I've already missed two days I'm having a hard time staying motivated to do it.
Maybe I won't let myself eat anything sweet until I do it!
That might work
Of course right now doesn't count though.
I'm sharing a box of Halloween flavored Dots with Katy.
I'll put this into effect later tonight :-)

Don't worry. For every Dot you eat, I've eaten 4. But I shouldn't worry either because trying to chew through them burns off as many calories as they contain. It's like celery. Er go, we're eating celery.
Katy's argument is flawless. And just start from now. Instead of shrugging off the whole week, and calling it a loss, say "I am going to walk every day this week, starting today".
I...haven't done the walking. But I HAVE done the Shred each day!!!
Can you rotate walking with an elliptical? I'm trying to keep it mixed up :-)
