Yeah I really failed... I started out sick in the beginning of the week and it went downhill from there, I couldn't get out and walk so by the middle of the week I just gave up on it. Not the best way to do it, so next week if I have a slow start I will just do what I can, no matter what that means! As for the new recipes, I was really excited to do this one but our food shopping budget was pretty low this week and I couldn't get any new ingredients. I should have tried harder to find something to make with what we had on hand but like with the physical challenge, I was sick and then gave up :( Next week I am planning on doing much better! (Embarrassment over failing is a pretty good motivator...)

Yeah, you should probably be ashamed of yourself...
Kidding! We all have weeks like that, where everything seems to go wrong, and you can't fit it all (or any of it) in. I'm feeling you on this one.
But next week? YOU CAN DO IT.
I especially like how you said this "so next week if I have a slow start I will just do what I can, no matter what that means!"
Wise words.
Your slow weeks are my regular weeks. YOu rock!
You still rock... don't you worry!
and I almost gave up too, but I was able to get 2 walks in. It's something. So, I think it's a great goal to just do what you can!
Hey, I'm pretty sure embarrassment burns calories too so you're as well off as if you'd exercised!
