Another week gone by!

Don't you look forward to the start of a fresh week? I love Monday! I do not like this last Monday. I have been super sick this week! ll kinds of good stuff that I probably won't mention in detail. But because of this sickness, I have not eaten much at all. Or done anything past working. ( You should see my house----a pit!) I feel bad that another week and another challenge had gone by and I failed. It's not like I want to! Sometimes I give up to easily. If I miss one day of something, I think "ohh, I failed already. And it's only Tuesday." Are you like that? I need to just keep plugging along. Until next week.............

I am like that! I haven't had my green drink every morning this week -which is strange- and I haven't had all my fruits any of the days, plus I hadn't stepped up my workout very much -I only worked out twice this week! So yeah, I sometimes feel like a failure and that there's no point in continuing with the weekly challenge.

But, it does feel good when I do it even for a few of the days.

What I sometimes do is make my own smaller challenge if I can't complete the weekly challenge. I'll say, okay, instead of eating all my servings of veggies everyday, I'll set a personal challenge to eat them 3 days... I make my own baby steps :-)
