What are your final goals? Is it to be more healthy, skinnier, or more specific? Make your goals visual. I made a collage of pictures(with Internet photos) that represents what my goals. Get specific. One of mine is I want to have cuter smaller clothes. Get a picture for it! Maybe you want to get off of a medication you are taking, or losing weight will help you have a baby. Ask yourself Why do I want to lose weight or be healthier and visualize your goals! Post it everywhere to have a daily reminder of when you are exhausted, why you are doing it!

Good idea! I sometimes forget, and go straight for the ice cream. Maybe I should put a reminder on my fridge.
That is a wonderful idea! I should put mine on the fridge, cause I too like to go fr the sweets.
