I did it!
As long as you count every vegetable you eat a couple of times, I totally rocked this weeks nutritional challenge.
I would be eating a salad, and I'd count up the veggies I saw "Tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, I think that's an olive... this counts as 4!"
I really want to keep trying this one. If I am drinking all my water, and taking most of my meals and snacks in raw veggie/fruit form, I pretty much have to be healthy.
Right?
For the physical one, I actually did do a good job. Normally on the days when I'm not doing the 'Shred, I'll go for at least an hour walk on the treadmill (which, at a 15 percent incline, is actually pretty good). But this week? I probably walked for 15 hours. Just counting yesterday.
Amber just gave me a few new Jillian Michaels DVD's, and I still have that pilates one to break out. My personal goal for next week is to do one of the videos every day.
