Is it just me, or has working out been getting a little harder?
Maybe I did it wrong at first, but I definitely feel the burn more now than I did when I first started.
Last night I did pilates, (which is usually pretty easy compared to the 30 day shred) and it took about all my energy to be able to finish 30 minutes!
Am I doing something wrong, or does this happen for you guys too?

Yeah it usually gets worse before it gets better for me too, I notice I get better form the more I do it, making the workout even more intense! As long as you do feel bad pain (like lower back pain, that is not muscle or joint pain) you are probably fine :) It gets better, I promise!
I'm so sore, I can't even type right now.
Pilates was a good choice. You need to allow your body a day to rest once a week! Otherwise it'll use up all of it's energy and you'll be like Helena! hehe -JK! :)
