(No really, I exercised)
The physical challenge was hard for me this week. It seemed so simple- anything I do inside can be done outside, right? But for some reason, this one didn't happen. I'm blaming the weather.
On the upside, I exercised every single day this week. I know that wasn't the challenge, but I think it deserves some recognition. Go me.
The food diary was really interesting. I wasn't perfect at it, but I totally tried. And looking over it today, I can see a lot of areas for improvement. I am going to give Amber's program a try- it sounds pretty awesome. And I can't imagine counting calories the old fashioned way. Too much math.
(I don't like math.)
Plus her program will be a little more technical than my method.
((This is actually what my list looks like, only with worse handwriting)).

See? Room for improvement.

What, exactly, is a tuna fritter?
WTG on your daily exercise! :) I'm finally feeling up to snuff to get back into the game! YAY!
Okay, I have to laugh at the part on your list where you wrote.. "Something with beans??" If I don't log things in right away when tracking food/calories, I can never remember either.
Briana, I added a link to the fritter recipe at the bottom! And Theresa, that was the hardest part. I thought I would remember everything, but my advanced age is starting to get to me.
Tuna.......Yuck. Pie in the sky? Yuck. I am proud of you-I had a tough week too.
Love your list! I had a hard time remembering everything sometimes too.
