What were the challenges?
"Physical Challenge: Choose from the following and find out how many you can do in one sitting before you want to pass out: push-ups (which for me is like 4...), sit-ups or pull-ups. The challenge is to pick one, and once you figure out how many you can do, add half the original value on top of it by the end of the week! So, if you can do 10 the goal is to practice during the week and bring it up to 15 by Saturday! Good luck!Did you participate in the challenges this week? We'd love to hear about it!
"Self Esteem Challenge: Stand in front of the mirror, and find 15 things that you love about your body. Write them down in a notebook, or on a piece of paper. You do not need to share your answers in your post.
"This may take a few days to complete, and that's ok. Once you have your list, feel free to place it somewhere visible, like your mirror. It would be a good reminder to be kind to ourselves when we are looking in the mirror."
