Lats week I tried out one of my new workout DVDs and really enjoyed it, but what really killed me was when I tried racquetball for the first time! My husband and I went with my Dad and brother last week and really enjoyed ourselves, so we went the next morning (really early) with them and a few other people. We had so much fun and it is a great workout, there is a lot of running, ducking and arm movement, we were definitely sore the next day... and the day after that... and they day after that... okay I am still recovering and we went on Thursday... It is something we have decided to add to our weekly routine (hopefully twice a week) I will still be doing other types of working out too, I love my DVDs too much to quit on them now.
Last week I did two days of my resistance band DVD and two days of racquetball, I am hoping that as I get used to the momentum and movement of racquetball, I will be less sore and up for more of my other workouts!

I had tons of fun this morning! I'll probably be sore tomorrow though...
I'm not sure how I'll fit dvds in if I play raquetball. But I'm sure I'll figure something out
ANNIE! today when I played raquetball, my head ended up in Jimmy's armpit at one point cause we ran into each other... he felt bad and told me to make sure I wash my hair twice. LoL
I want to try it! Kind of. I also want to hide under my covers and pretend Racquetball doesn't exist. I hear it's pretty smelly, too...
