Sorry guys, I forgot to post something yesterday...

I went with my family to Lagoon on Tuesday, it.was.awesome!
I walked around for hours as we went from ride to ride...
I'm totally counting it as one of my outdoor workouts for the week :-)
And, sadly, Water Zumba was cancelled this week. The teacher wasn't even informed! We all showed up, ready to get in that pool, but there was an employee party.
Like they need the whole pool.
So... I'm trying to decide what to do for my second day of working out in the great outdoors.
Too bad this challenge wasn't for next week, cause I'll be hiking in St. George for my anniversary!
Suggestions?

Go float down the provo river!!! It's pretty cheap, and I LOVE doing it. And to get your heart rate up, flail your arms around a lot, like you're doing the top half of a jumping jack.
...Only try not to look like you're being attacked by a shark. You don't want to cause a panic.
Take Michael for a walk! Okay...not like that. I mean go for a walk together!
